Meet the Doctors
Scott Mutschler D.M.D.
Dr. Scott Mutschler was born in New Jersey and resided in northeast New Jersey until his family moved to Mechanicsburg, Pa. in 1975. Dr Mutschler graduated from Cumberland Valley with the class of 1980. He enjoyed a distinguished high school career in water polo that carried over to his college years at Bucknell University. Returning to New Jersey, he attended dental school at Fairleigh S. Dickinson Jr. College of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, Dr. Mutschler entered a year long residency at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey receiving a certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. He returned to PA and has been with the practice since 1990. Dr. Mutschler resides in Silver Spring Twp. with his wife and their 3 children. He enjoys golf and is an avid fly fisherman.
Dr. Mutschler is a member of American Dental Association (ADA), Pennsylvania Dental Association (PDA), American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of General Dentistry, and Harrisburg Area Dental Society.
Timothy Weibley D.D.S.
Dr. Timothy Weibley was born and raised in Shippensburg, PA. He received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in 2005. He then attended University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in Buffalo, NY, earning his doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2009. He returned to Pennsylvania and completed a one year general practice residency at York Hospital in York, PA. The last two years he has been practicing general dentistry in Annville, PA. In 2012, he joined Susquehanna Dental West. Dr. Weibley lives in Camp Hill with his wife, Chelsea and 2 children. Hobbies and interests include preparing gourmet foods, cheering on Philadelphia sports teams and spending time with family.
Dr. Weibley is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), as well as the Pennsylvania Dental Association (PDA).
William Massey D.M.D
Dr. William Massey was born and raised in York, PA, and graduated from York Suburban High School in 2014. He received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Miami in 2018. Trading out palm trees for perogies, he then received his doctorate from the University of Pittsburg School of Dental Medicine. After so much time away, Dr. Massey wanted to start his career closer to home and joined Susquehanna Dental West in 2023. He enjoys watersports, hiking, biking, and following Miami Hurricanes athletics. He is also a certified Invisalign provider and enjoys working with kids.
